Benfield Homes has two conveniently located model home centers serving Southwest Florida. Our Cape Coral model home center is located at 3729 Chiquita Blvd in Cape Coral and has two model homes on site. The first is our award winning Cape Elegance the other is our newest model the Honey Bell.

Our Cape Coral model home center is easily accessible from the North via Pine Island Road to Chiquita Blvd, or from Fort Myers via Colonial Blvd, via the Mid Point Bridge, and Veterans Pkwy to Chiquita Blvd, or from the South via College Pkwy, the Cape Coral Bridge, Cape Coral Pkwy to Chiquita Blvd.

Our Lehigh Acres model home center is located at 4903 Lee Blvd in Lehigh Acres and has a single model home on site. Our Lehigh Acres model home center is easily accessible from Fort Myers via Colonial Blvd East to Lee Blvd. From the North or South via I-75 take exit 136 East into Lehigh Acres. Follow Lee Blvd to Benfield Homes model center located on the right.
